BDI introduced its brand new piece at High Point Fall Market this past weekend. Whether serving as the entertainment hub of a home or as an attractive storage credenza in its own right, the VENUE console from BDI sets the stage for great performance. Boasting a unique and sculptural design, along with a wealth of storage, VENUE is at home in a variety of settings.
Designed by Louis A. Lara, VENUE’s adjustable shelves provide flexible storage for any room of the home or office. In addition, VENUE is fully engineered to accommodate a media system, providing four storage / component compartments with adjustable shelves; flow-through ventilation to keep components cool; cord and cable management; and removable back panels that provide easy access to components and connections.
“VENUE’s introduction makes way for this growing category of designs that are multi-purpose and versatile,” said Bill Becker, BDI’s CEO & Design Director. “As a beautiful design that also includes a medley of useful features, VENUE can serve as an elegant media console for a TV and components, but it is also provides abundant storage. VENUE’s striking design makes it a stand-out piece that will enhance any décor, and the market can expect more of this design direction from BDI in the future.”
VENUE measures 78”W x 28.5”H x 20”D, and is available in two finishes: Model 8649G has a Charcoal Stained Ash wood finish and features two IR-friendly grey glass doors in the center, allowing for remote access for the consumer’s entertainment needs. Model 8649W has a Satin White finish throughout and features four wood doors.
