The latest project from Graft is called WAVE and it is a residential complex located on the banks of the River Spree in Berlin, Germany. It is inspired by the river and the focus is to provide a luxurious residential complex where people can feel comfortable and happy.
The side of the building has an organic shape that is enhanced by the reflection of the waters. The entire glass façade allows an environment full of sunlight inside of the building, The WAVE was designed to ensure that 70 percent of the apartments have spectacular views of the Spree River.
This project is a perfect combination of water, waves and light. Everything was designed to provide unspeakable sensations. The architecture of WAVE is a direct reflection of its attractive location on the River Spree, considered one of the most beautiful places in Berlin.
WAVE is a stunning building with an astonishing design both inside and outside. Outside we’ve already seen the avant-garde and futuristic design of Graft, but the inside is not left from behind.

Inside the building, luxury and comfort are everywhere. The penthouses have direct access to their sun decks from the living room area, while the studios and flats can purchase their own private roof blocks as an optional extra.
The “fifth floor” of the WAVE building will be composed by gardens and a lounge space, which will become a place for natural relaxation.
“Geometries, harmony and contrast all at once. The corners and edges give the apartments more space, special floor plans and above all, character.”
